1) Q: Can you custom bags with printing? If yes, what’s the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: Yes, we can custom bags as your will.
For common shape bags, we can accept at least 5,000 pcs for each design. While we suggest to make more than 20,000 pcs for cost-efficient pricing.
For quad seal (flat bottom) bag, we can accept 10,000 pcs at least.
2) Q: If I want to customize samples, how many piece can we get?
A: Generally 100~200 pieces of sample at most. If you want more, will add some cost.
3) Q: Can you make label stickers? What’s the MOQ?
A: Yes, we can make 4 materials of label sticker at present: white PVC, clear PVC, kraft paper and white paper.
For small orders, we suggest to make label stickers which can make 500 pcs at least for each design. You can self quote on our official website:

4) Q: Can we print on the bag directly by ink-jet printer?
A: Depends on your printer. Generally, should choose kraft paper bags without plastic layer on surface. So that your design can be printed on kraft paper directly.

A: Yes, but can print 4 colors at most.
(1) If you want to customize the bag with other sizes, the MOQ is 30,000 pcs. Will quote according to bag’s size and printing.
(2) If you want to print on the stocked bag directly, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs. Can only print 1 color on one side.

(1) If you want to customize the bag with other sizes, the total cargo value for each size should be more than USD 500. The die-cut fee is USD 30. Will quote according to your bag’s size, printing and order quantity.
(2) If you want to print on the present stocked bags, can print start from 1 piece with only 1 color.
Total price = bag's price + printing fee (USD 0.03 per side) + plate cost (USD 12)
7) Q: Can we customize non-woven shopping bags? What's the MOQ?
A: Yes, we can customize.
(1) If you want to customize with your own size & printing, the MOQ is 500 pcs.
(2) If you want to print on the previous stocked bags, can print start from 1 piece with only 1 color.
Total price = bag's price + printing cost (USD 0.03 per side) + plate cost (USD 15)
(3) If printing more than 1 color (4 colors at most) on stocked bags, the MOQ & price depend on the bag's size and printing area.

8) Q: The shipping fee is high, and can you reduce it?
A: Actually, we cooperate with transport company directly. We focus on cargo value and have little profit on shipping fee. So the shipping fee listed on our store is our best pricing.
9) Q: Can we choose sea transport to send?
A: Yes. If your cargo has large weight or volume (more than 1 m³), and you are not urgent to get them, you can consider sea shipping then. It will take about 25~40 days to arrive generally.

10) Q: Can we choose air transport to send?
A: Yes, we have opened airline in 8 Africa countries (Nigeria, D.R. of the Congo, Re. of the Congo, Cameroon, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Cote D'ivoire), up to 14 warehouses. It can arrive in 6~13 working days generally and help to clear customs.
