       FAQ (Should Read Before Placing Order) 

      1, Color shading should be within 10% based on standard color pattern. If strict on printing, should 

          make special plate mould to print.


      2,   Die-cut line error should be within 1mm, and cutting error should be within 3mm. If the finished 

          products can meet the request, there would be no reason to return the goods for these.  


      3, The quantity error of finished products are within 2% is normal. If you have special request on 

          quantity, please give remark when placing order.


      4, Our glue is common aqueous glue, it`s not suitable to stick on paper carton, oil tank or cloth etc. 

          special materials.


      5, Aqueous glue is with one-year expiration date. If you have special requirements for adhesion and

          time, please use special oil glue plates to print.


      6, Please don`t lock the document when there is design put into the interior casing. Otherwise 

          customers should take charge for the possible loss.


      Q: What about your quality since your prices are so low?

      A: Quality is first! We adopt imported new 4-color printer, and A-class coated paper.So no need to
         worry about quality & effect.  

      Q: I don`t know how to design, could you design for us?

      A: Yes, our professional designer will provide free designing service. The original designing will not
         spread out but used in our company!


      Q: How long will finish the production and when can we receive it after confirming the printing design?

      A: Generally, it can be delivered in 3~5days. If you choose DHL or other business express, it will
         arrive you in 4~6 working days in most countries. If you choose China Post, it will arrive in 15~30
         days or even longer, depending on the places it will arrive at.


      Q: Are the printing colors the same as I see on my computer?

      A: Computer shows RGB colors, while printing color is consist with CMYK 4-color oil netted spot.
         They are of different imag-eforming principles. And the components inside the computer are set         
         with different color adjustments. Even the same files seems different when being opened by different
         software. So when you see the product on your computer, it may not the real colors. While you can
         refer to the colors on computer, and can be 85% same as real colors.
